Hey so this is a on going project that looks like it is very close to ending, so what is going on is we need an account with recon on it so we can try to find the flag and ect... to unlock recon on an other account. There may be a few problems, you might only be able to use it off line after you flag it. Second we might flag it and maybe the servers might not do anything. The way the servers play apart in this we wont know tell we actually have an account we can use, until then no recon.
